Sarah at the Fruit Stand

Finding good fresh fruit is a constant challenge in Bangalore. We found this stand on Brigade Road and have been fairly satisfied with their produce.

I'm posting some pictures of Sarah taken recently at the Oberoi and at the Taj Mahal. We're having some technical difficulties at blogspot so my videos haven't been loading properly. Hopefully in a few days, this will be fixed.

John, Sarah's Driver

This is John, Sarah's driver. He did a terrific job. Unfortunately for Sarah, John got a promotion to a larger car. John sent Sarah the nicest card and note. Sarah said whenever she feels a bit stressed out, she'll just think of the note John sent and realize this has been a wonderful experience. Sarah's new driver starts tomorrow.

Sarah's Birthday

We went to the Leela Palance Hotel in Bangalore, Home of the restaurant Jamavar, rated by Forbes as one of the top 10 power lunch spots in the world. We went there for dinner so I guess we missed the Power Lunchers like Bill Gates and Putin. This shot is the entrance to the hotel. I decided it would be cheesy to take a picture inside the restaurant. Sarah is posing at the fountain located in the Hotel Galleria of some high end shops.
